Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
