When applied externally, it penetrates well into the tissues and fluids of the body. It is excreted mainly with urine in the form of inactive metabolites, partly with bile and feces.

Indications
Pustular skin lesions, carbuncles, purulent wounds, furunculosis, long-term non-healing ulcers, burns of the 2nd-3rd degree, cracked nipples, trachoma, purulent-inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes.
