Phytopreparation used for functional disorders of urination associated with benevolent prostatic hyperplasia. It inhibits the synthesis of dihydrotestosterone and its fixation to the cytoplasmic receptors, which prevents the penetration of the hormone into the nucleus and leads to a decrease of protein synthesis. Reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins, which regulate the tone and peristalsis of the lower urinary tract. The remedy has a vasoprotective and anti-inflammatory effect, reduces vascular permeability.

Antiandrogenic and vasoprotective actions help to reduce the symptoms of benevolent prostatic hyperplasia.
