Main ingredient: each tablet contains 50 mg of Mukaltin.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, sodium croscarmellose, magnesium carbonate, aspartame, talc, calcium stearate.
Dosage form Tablets.
Main characteristics Tablets grayish-brown with small inclusions, flat-cylindrical in shape, equipped with a score line and bevel.
Pharmacological group Expectorant agents. Pharmacological action Mukaltin® is a drug that facilitates mucus clearance due to its properties of thinning bronchial secretions and dilating the bronchi. It has a mild antitussive effect, reducing the frequency and intensity of coughing fits. Possesses soothing, anti-inflammatory, and protective effects. Improves mucus clearance by reducing its viscosity and stickiness, facilitating its movement from the lower to the upper respiratory tract and easing expectoration.
Indications Used for cough associated with acute and chronic respiratory diseases when thick and viscous mucus forms or its clearance is impaired: bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma.
