Composition
Active substance: ambazone;
1 pressed lozenge contains 10 mg of ambazone monohydrate;
excipients: sucrose, lactose monohydrate, cocoa, povidone K-30, stearic acid, lemon flavoring.
Dosage Form
Pressed lozenges.
Main physicochemical properties: brown, uncoated, cylindrical pressed lozenges with intact edges, flat and with a pigmented surface, with the letter "L" on one side.
Pharmacotherapeutic group
Agents used in throat diseases. Antiseptics. Ambazone.
Indications
Symptomatic treatment of infections of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and nasopharynx: gingivitis, stomatitis, tonsillitis, angina, pharyngitis. Prevention of infectious complications after tonsillectomy and tooth extraction.
