Composition
 Active ingredients: acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, caffeine.
 Each tablet contains: 240 mg of acetylsalicylic acid, 180 mg of paracetamol, 30 mg of caffeine.
 Excipients: citric acid monohydrate, potato starch, povidone, cocoa, calcium stearate.
 Dosage form
 Light brown tablets, flat cylindrical shape with a beveled edge and score line, with a cocoa scent.
 Pharmacotherapeutic group
 Analgesics and antipyretics. Combinations without psycholeptics.
 Indications
 Used for mild or moderate pain: headache, toothache, primary dysmenorrhea, migraine, arthralgia, neuralgia, as well as in diseases accompanied by fever.
 Contraindications
 Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to the components, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, congenital hyperbilirubinemia, Gilbert's syndrome, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, alcoholism, blood diseases, anemia, thrombophlebitis, ulcers, sleep disorders, severe arterial hypertension, organic cardiovascular diseases, angle-closure glaucoma, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, heart failure, ischemic heart disease, bronchial asthma, and in elderly patients.
 Should not be combined with monoamine oxidase inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants, as well as with methotrexate at doses of 15 mg/week or more.
